First, if you have a need to consider a refund or return, you likely ordered a product . Which means we owe you a "Thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a satisfied customer, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If for any reason you are not happy with an item you purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less any shipping fees) within 30 days. There are a few exceptions that we have listed below and as with all situations we will work very with each individual case to ensure you are happy with your experience at Precision. We understand that this is not a perfect world and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way.

We do not provide pre paid return labels unless there is a manufacturer defect. an error on our part or the product is delivered damaged. Some of our products are subject to restocking fees based on specific manufacturer's policies. Please see below for return policy by manufacturer. 

Drive Medical -  30 days, 15% restocking fee, minus any shipping charges 

Ossur - 30 days, full refund minus any shipping charges. 

FLA - 30 days, full refund minus any shipping charges. 

Jobst -  30 days, full refund minus any shipping charges. 

Ewheels - 14 days from invoice date, full refund less any shipping charges and restocking fee of 20%

Medline - 30 days, 5% restocking fee, minus any shipping charges

Pride Mobility - 30 days, 15% restocking fee, minus any shipping charges

Seca - 30 days, full refund minus any shipping charges

Sigvaris - 30 days, full refund minus any shipping charges.  

Medline - 30 days, 5% restocking fee minus any shipping charges. 

Bauerfeind USA - 30 days. 20% restcoking fee minus any shipping charges. Restocking fee waved if another order is placed at the same time. 

In order to process returns accurately and receieve maximum credit, the return authorization number must be inside your package and the product should be returned in the original packaging. 

 **Any restocking fees can and will be waived under certain circumstances such as exchange of product(s) or manufacturer defect. We make every effort possible to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and product.
